The purpose of the GPR project is to test, study and document various claims of purported paranormal activity using a wide variety scientific methods and equipment.

The data collected during each project case is then catalogued and published for public review and the investigation itself documented on video which will be released for sale sometime during the spring of 2008. The locations chosen for the project are based on the quantity of first hand accounts and the documented historical occurrences of paranormal activity. Much of the methods, theories and details of these investigations can be found presented on this site.

Following the DVD release of their recent production “14 Degrees – A Paranormal Documentary” the members of New Gravity Media team decided to continue their research and apply their knowledge and experience of paranormal investigation first hand in the hopes of discovering proof or patterns of paranormal energy. During the course of the films production, the NGM team not only documented, but conducted many independent and joint investigations across New England. However, since these investigations were being documented for the film and were mainly under the direction and control of other investigation teams, there was little opportunity for the New Gravity crew to implement experiments and tests of their own design. Therefore, when the production was over, the team decided to conduct some experiements of their own.
